What is Mindset Coaching
What Mindset Coaching Really Is and Why It Might Be the Missing Piece.

What happened after you were born?
You, like everyone else, entered the playground of life - growing up around family conversations, traditional values, and watching cartoons or movies that shaped your earliest ideas of “how life works.” (Neuroscience confirms that our core beliefs are formed by age 7, based on our surroundings.)
Then came school. And slowly, without realizing, you started picking up more beliefs - about success, worth, failure, love, based on what you saw in the system, in your culture, in your environment.
By college, you were more of an “adult” - buying the car because everyone else did, styling your hair a certain way, speaking and behaving in ways that helped you fit in.
Eventually, maybe you got married. Maybe you landed a good job. You’re living a “good life.”
But somewhere along the way… you notice a pattern.
Again and again, you find yourself under a controlling boss.
Again and again, money feels just out of reach, no matter how much you work.
Again and again, you meet people so fearful, they drain your energy.
That’s because your subconscious and unconscious mind --> which runs about 95% of your daily behavior & circumstances - carrying outdated beliefs, fears, and patterns.
Your conscious mind may say, “I want success,” but if your subconscious believes, “I don’t deserve it,” — there’s conflict.
Mindset coaching helps bring these hidden beliefs to light.
We work to shift them - so your mind, energy, and actions are finally aligned.
And maybe now… you’re starting to ask:
What’s really running the show here?
Whose voice is that in my head?
What’s going on with my repetitive thoughts?
What beliefs am I still carrying that i picked up because it was in a movie, or in a culture, or in my parents.
This is where mindset coaching begins. To help you pause, notice, and uncover the silent thoughts and beliefs shaping your circumstances.
Because when your mind, energy, and beliefs align - you stop repeating the old stories, and start writing your own.

Research from the Harvard Center on the Developing Child
confirms that a child’s early experiences—especially before age 7—play a critical role in shaping the brain’s architecture, belief systems, and future behavior patterns.
Additional neuroscience studies also highlight that by age 7, children begin to form stable mental frameworks and belief reasoning processes that influence how they interpret the world.
